Assessment Coverage
Assessors collect foundational credential data including company and facility identity, address, and contact details, assessment period dates and validity, assessor firm and personnel names, RMAP+ status, metals and standards in scope, ISO certifications, and whether the facility has completed the Risk-Readiness Assessment. Where graphite is assessed, feedstock type (natural, secondary, or mixed) is also recorded. This section anchors the assessment record and scopes all downstream criteria applicability.
