Overview

Annual public reporting on salient ESG issues, performance, and impacts using internationally recognized standards, with mechanisms to provide accessible information to affected stakeholders.


Requirements

The Facility shall:

  • 6.10.1 Annually publicly report, either separately or in conjunction with existing reports, on the Facility's salient ESG issues, including disclosure of impacts, actions taken to address impacts, and ESIAs where applicable, using internationally recognized standard(s) such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Standards listed in Annex II.
  • 6.10.2 Annually report on the Facility's ESG performance in line with internationally recognized standards. This may be integrated into the organization's annual sustainability reports annual reports, or other appropriate forms of disclosure, relevant information on risk management processes, with due regard for commercial confidentiality and other competitive or security concerns as applicable.
  • 6.10.3 Collect, measure, analyze, and communicate ESG information that is accurate, disclosed with care, clear, standardized and verifiable.
  • 6.10.4 Establish and maintain mechanisms to provide information on relevant ESG risks, impacts, action plans, monitoring data, and remediation measures to affected stakeholders in a timely, accessible, and understandable manner.
